Welcome to this week’s weak wrestle with words in which Bryntin usually seems to wedge some alliterative wordplay into the intro in some wacky way while making you wait for some of his witty and wondrous wordsmithery.
He’s going to try to avoid doing that so much this week.
Ronovan Writes provides two prompt words and somehow, in a regularly time-honoured (for at least five weeks now) fashion, a haiku conforming to the strict 5-7-5 syllable structure using them should form somewhere below.
You will notice that he tweaked the formatting of the verses a little. He’ll try anything to make them at least look better in some way.
This week’s prompt words are: Placid and Wild
peace, sleep, so placid
awaken, life, strong coffee
toxic brain runs wild
Thanks for reading. Bryntin will be taking a short break now in order to avoid toxic brain. Back next year. Probably.
Note: If you like what I wrote up there and, lets face it, it is quite unlikely but still possible, then why not press one of the buttons that shares it to other people you know?
Or of course, if you don’t want them to know you’ve enjoyed this, or just feel ashamed now and want to keep it to yourself, don’t.
